Office of Municipal Public Defenders Phase 2

Studio Completiva provided design services for Phase II of the Office of Municipal Public Defender (OMPD) renovation at 710 W. Colfax in Denver. The project involved the interior remodel of approximately 3,500 square feet of the existing facility. Scope of work included demolition of existing partitions and finishes, reconfiguration of the space to accommodate offices, open work areas, a conference room, all-gender restroom, and break area—using finishes coordinated with Phase I. Additional tasks included filling in an in-ground coal chute, exterior façade improvements including masonry repairs, irrigation water line repair, new plantings, and selective window replacement.
