PJ Chen, AIA

Senior Associate

PJ is a registered architect in the State of Colorado and has over 17 years of experience working as both landscape architect and architect in Taiwan and the United States.

She has extensive experience in wide-ranging types of building construction from post-tensioned, high-rises to wood-construction, single-family homes. PJ is an exceptional designer with a high level of technical competence and knowledge and has been involved with the design of gardens, parks, site planning as well as institutional and religious projects varying in size from 6,000 to 145,000 sf. She is well-versed in various types of review processes including PBG (Planned Building Group), PD (Planned Development), SP (Site Plan), ODP (Official Development Plan), PDP (Preliminary Development Plan) FDP (Final Development Plan), SIP (Site Improvement Plan), DP (Development Plan), and PUD (Planned Unit Development), as well as the plan review processes for building permits.
