City and County of Denver On-Call

Studio Completiva is contracted through the City and County of Denver for on-call work. We have held the contract since 2019 and after two years of providing quality work to the city they have extended our contract by two years, now ending in 2023. During our time working with the City and County of Denver we have provided renovations and facility assessments for the following projects:

• Eisenhower Recreation Center: Replacing and reconfiguring the front desk and staff areas as well as the tiles in the floor at the entry.

• Tooley Hall: Initially performed a facility assessment of the Tooley Hall halfway house prior to purchasing by the city. After the assessment the city purchased the property and Studio Completiva is in the process of designing renovation documents for the property.

• Montclair Recreation Center: Replacing the hot water storage tanks and boiler, repairing the existing pool slide, replacing the a portion of the carpet in the weight room with rubber flooring, and replacing the windows on the east elevation.

• Washington Park Recreation Center: Replacing and reconfiguring of the front desk, replacing tile floor at the entry, replacing the shingle roof over the weight room, and replacing the lighting in the weight room.
  Crossroads: Studio Completiva led a team to conduct physical needs assessment of the building and systems and provided recommendations on updates. The report included a prioritized list of repairs and replacements with cost estimates and drawings for design of a replacement HVAC systems.

• Morrison Road Demo Documents: Creating demolition documents for a building the city is demolishing in preparation of a new building.
